Ashcombe is a French-style cheese based on Morbier, with a horizontal line of wood ash running through the paste. It has a lovely golden colour, the flavours are milky and mild, reminiscent of fresh hazelnuts, and the texture is bouncy, buttery and semi-firm. Made with organic pasteurised cows milk
