A wonderfully versatile pork salami made in Dorset by The Real Cure, with aromatic fennel and punchy white pepper. Great as part of a British charcuterie sharing board or antipasti selection or try as a topping for sourdough pizza.
Whole salami, approximately 150g – gluten free
Ingredients: Free range British pork, salt, herbs and spices, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate
Once opened, refrigerate and use within 5 days
