Montgomery’s Cheddar

Montgomery’s Cheddar is aged in cloth and stripped after a long maturing process. It is golden and glorious, with a nutty, complex depth of flavour.

Drier and more stratified than many Cheddars, its almost crystalline nature makes it melt in the mouth.

Raw cow’s milk. Not suitable for vegetarians.
