Wild ferment rolling blend

A multi-season blend of classic perry pear varietals like Blakeney Red, Red Pear, Red Longdon, Gin & Butt.

A crystal clear perry with flavours of melon, pear, rhubarb & gooseberry. A really tasty, zesty perry with lovely astringency providing a backbone. Full mouthfeel that just shouts classic citrus fruit perry. Fermented with wild yeasts.
