Oliver’s Guilty Pleasures 2021
Made by Tom Oliver in Herefordshire.
Tom says: “This is the cider that Anthony Bourdain would have reached for. A cold one to accompany that wonderful street food we all love so much. Full flavoured, with tannins and sweetness and acidity to accompany the varied, spicy, hot food delivered by street vendors and food trucks. A seasonal blend of bittersweet and sharp cider.
Pull that ring to reveal a big spicy nose with a touch of funk. This new vintage is more apple forward in delivery than the previous year. The first taste is bright acidity, matching the apple sweetness then the orange and clove character builds. A cider alive and full of flavour and very crushable yet again.”
