Ticklemore is a pasteurised goat’s milk cheese produced by Debbie Mumford on the Sharpham Estate, Totnes. It  has a bloomy and white rind, firm-texture with a crumbly centre and a softer, chalky paste just below the rind. The cheese has a rich and fresh lemony flavour that doesn’t taste remotely ‘goaty’.


Made with pasteurised goat’s milk. Suitable for vegetarians.
